What is the Finessa dosage?
The Finessa dosage is one scoop, once a day. The sales page says to mix it with water or another drink in the morning (Finessa sales page).
The label images we were given show no directions, so this wording comes from the seller, not from the tub. Check your own tub for printed directions before you start.
The sales page also says "at least 6 months" for "peak benefits". It cites no study for that window. More scoops will not make the powder stronger, and nothing we found supports taking more than one.

How much does one Finessa scoop weigh?
About 1.92 g. A tub holds 96 g and the panel lists 50 servings, so 96 divided by 50 gives 1.92 g a scoop.
The four blends and the Akkermansia line add up differently: 1,000 + 755 + 450 + 52.5 + 2 = 2,259.5 mg. That is about 340 mg more than the whole scoop.
A scoop cannot hold more than it weighs. We do not know which number is off: the tub weight, the serving count or a blend weight. The fix is a question to the seller, not a verdict.

Nobody can say exactly, because a blend prints only its total. The rule lets a maker hide single amounts (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)).

How many probiotic cells are in a Finessa dose?
The tub front says 3 Billion CFU, and the panel says 5 Billion CFU at the time of manufacture. Both cannot be right for the same scoop.
The weight in milligrams says nothing about live cells. The NIH explains that label weight has no relationship with the number of viable microorganisms (NIH ODS, Probiotics fact sheet (CFU, label)). Count falls with time, so the number at the moment you drink it can be lower still.
