The tub front says "Digestive Health Support". That is a label phrase, not a result. We know of no trial of Finessa, so nobody can say how many people notice a change, or how big it is.
What we can say comes from the ingredients. One is a stimulant laxative. Some are fibers or live bacteria that studies have tested in other products, at other doses. Most others are plant powders with weak or no evidence at the amounts here.

What could change in the first days on Finessa?
The first change, if there is one, would come from cascara sagrada. It is a strong stimulant laxative, so it acts on stool within days, not months (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)).
The Gut Health blend lists cascara third of five lines. By our arithmetic from the label order, not a lab test, it weighs at most 251 mg a scoop. The real amount could be lower, and that may dull the effect.
The same blend lists fructooligosaccharides, a prebiotic fiber. Fiber can cause gas and bloating at first, and NIDDK advises adding it a little at a time (NIDDK, Constipation treatment).
A laxative herb makes stool move. That says nothing about gut balance, and loose stools can mean water and potassium are leaving your body (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)).

What could change over a few weeks of Finessa?
Over weeks, the only documented effect in the ingredient list belongs to probiotics, and it is small and tied to named strains.
A review of 14 trials found probiotics added 1.3 bowel movements a week on average. The result held for Bifidobacterium lactis but not for L. casei Shirota (Dimidi 2014, probiotics and functional constipation meta-analysis). Finessa lists both a B. lactis strain and an L. casei, with no per-strain amounts.
One strain trial gave 1 or 10 billion CFU a day for 4 weeks and found no clear gain in belly comfort (Eskesen 2015, BB-12 doses and defecation frequency). The panel says 5 billion at manufacture; the tub front says 3 billion. Live counts fall with time, and the weight in mg says nothing about live cells (NIH ODS, Probiotics fact sheet (CFU, label)).
For the fruit powders, three trials of berries eaten for 8 to 12 weeks showed no significant effect on gut bacteria (Sweeney 2022, berry polyphenols and gut microbiota (RCT review)). Do not plan on a change from them.

What does a day with Finessa look like?
A day is simple: one scoop in a drink in the morning, then water, fiber from food, movement and sleep.
Those habits matter more than the powder. NIDDK puts fluids, 22 to 34 g of fiber a day and regular activity first, and says a bowel movement 15 to 45 minutes after breakfast may help (NIDDK, Constipation treatment).

Does Finessa need 6 months to work?
The sales page says "at least 6 months" for "peak benefits". We found no study behind that number, and it clashes with the cascara advice.
The University of Rochester encyclopedia entry the sales page leans on lists about 300 mg of cascara once a day and says not to take it for more than 6 days (University of Rochester Medical Center, Cascara Sagrada (Health Encyclopedia)). MSK says prolonged use is not recommended and can lead to low potassium and sodium and to liver harm (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)).
That is 6 days against 6 months. A stimulant laxative is meant for short, occasional use. NIDDK says stimulants are for severe constipation or when other treatments failed, and to talk to a doctor if you cannot go without laxatives (NIDDK, Constipation treatment).
