Form and mixing
Finessa Powder or Capsules? The Only Form Is a Powder Tub
Finessa is a powder, not capsules, pills, drops or gummies. A 3.38 oz (96 g) tub holds 50 scoops, and the sales page says to mix one scoop with water or another drink each morning. Neither the label images nor the sales page show any other form.

The form01
Does Finessa come as capsules or pills?
No. Finessa comes as a powder in a white tub with a navy label. We found no capsule, pill, drop or gummy version.
The tub front reads "Finessa", "Dietary Supplement" and "Net Wt. 3.38 oz (96g)". The Supplement Facts panel lists a serving as 1 scoop, with 50 servings in each container. The sales page sells the same tub in packs of 1, 3 and 6 (Finessa sales page).
If you see Finessa capsules, drops or gummies for sale somewhere, treat them with care. They are not the product on this label. The sales page is the only place the brand sells from, so a listing on another site is not something we can vouch for.
We say this plainly because "finessa pills" and "finessa capsules" are common searches. A search word is not a product.
The panel's name for the amount is "scoop". That one word also tells us the form: you measure it, you do not swallow it whole.

Forms compared02
Which forms of Finessa exist, and which do not?
Only one form exists in anything we were given: a loose powder you scoop and stir.
The table lists each form people ask about and what the label images and sales page show.
| Form people ask about | Shown for Finessa? | What we can say |
|---|---|---|
| Powder (scoop) | Yes | 1 scoop, 50 servings, 3.38 oz (96 g) tub |
| Capsules | No | No capsule count or size is printed |
| Pills or tablets | No | Not on the label or sales page |
| Drops or liquid | No | Not on the label or sales page |
| Gummies | No | Not on the label or sales page |
| Single-serve sticks | No | Not on the label or sales page |
The packs themselves are all tubs. See Finessa pricing for 1, 3 and 6 tubs.
Mixing03
How do you mix Finessa powder?
Stir one scoop into water or another drink, once a day in the morning. That is the sales page's wording, and the label images we were given show no directions.
Check your tub for directions and follow them if they differ. Our source: Mix 1 scoop with water or another drink once daily in the morning (sales page; the supplied label images do not show directions).
Measure one level scoop
Use the scoop that comes with the tub. We do not know its volume, so do not swap in a kitchen spoon.
Add liquid
Use water or another drink. The label does not give an amount of liquid, so start with a normal glass.
Stir or shake well
Resistant dextrin and fiber powders can clump. A shaker bottle helps.
Drink it with water
Drink it soon after mixing. Drink more water through the day, as fiber needs fluid (NIDDK, Constipation treatment).
The full routine, including a missed day, is on how to use Finessa.
Taste and texture04
What does the powder form change about taste and mixing?
A powder lets the brand add flavor, acid and sweetener to a blend of plant material. Finessa lists natural flavors, citric acid, sea salt and stevia leaf extract.
Those are the other ingredients on the panel, along with resistant dextrin and silicon dioxide, an anti-caking agent. They make a bitter herb mix easier to drink. We cannot taste it for you, and we will not invent a flavor name. The label images give none.
A scoop weighs about 1.92 g by our arithmetic (96 g over 50 servings), a figure that does not square with the 2,259.5 mg of blend lines printed on the panel. A powder also means the amount per scoop depends on how level you scoop it. That is one more reason the single amounts are worth treating as ceilings, not measurements.
The line-by-line sum is on the supplement facts page. Each blend's ceilings are shown there, labeled as our arithmetic and not a lab test.
Fiber and probiotics05
Why does the powder form matter for fiber and probiotics?
Fiber needs liquid, and live bacteria need a careful drink. A powder you stir into a glass handles the first well and leaves the second open.
Finessa lists fructooligosaccharides, a prebiotic fiber, and resistant dextrin, a soluble fiber. A purified short-chain FOS was tolerated up to 40 g a day in healthy adults, with gas the common effect, but Finessa holds at most about 151 mg of FOS by our arithmetic (Le Bourgot 2022, scFOS tolerance (Nutrients)). Add fiber gradually and drink water with it (NIDDK, Constipation treatment).
The panel gives the probiotic count as 5 billion CFU at the time of manufacture. The tub front says 3 billion. A label weight in milligrams does not tell you how many cells are alive, and shelf life matters (NIH ODS, Probiotics fact sheet (CFU, label)).
The label images do not say how hot the drink may be. Heat is hard on live bacteria in general, so a cool or room-temperature drink is the careful choice until the order desk confirms otherwise.
Ask the desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 for the lot's certificate of analysis and a CFU at end of shelf life.

What are the pros and cons of a powder form?
A powder is flexible and easy to take with a drink, but it has more steps and more room for error than a capsule.
Pros
- No large pills to swallow
- Dissolves into a drink you already have
- Room for fiber that would not fit in a capsule
- One scoop a day is a simple routine
Cons
- Scoop size and level matter, and the volume is not printed
- Taste cannot be hidden if you dislike it
- Clumping, and some gas at the start from the fibers
- Harder to carry than a capsule
Cost by the scoop, using the panel's 50 servings, is about $1.18 on a single tub, $0.98 on the 3-pack and $0.78 on the 6-pack (our arithmetic from the sales page prices). The sales page counts a bottle as 30 days, so plan on its figure to avoid running short (Finessa sales page).
Safety07
Who should check with a doctor before using the powder?
Anyone on medicine, pregnant, nursing, or with a gallbladder, liver or immune problem should ask first. The powder holds a laxative herb and live bacteria.
Cascara sagrada is a strong laxative, and long use can lower potassium and sodium (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)). Probiotics carry more risk for people with a weak immune system or serious illness (NCCIH, Probiotics: usefulness and safety). The form does not change either caution.
Do not stop, skip or cut a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement powder (FDA, Mixing medications and supplements).

FAQ09
Powder, capsule and form questions
Does Finessa come in capsules?
No. Finessa is a powder dietary supplement sold in a tub with 50 scoops. Neither the label images we were given nor the sales page shows a capsule, pill, drop or gummy form. A listing that claims otherwise is not the product described here.
Are there Finessa gummies?
We found none. The tub front, the Supplement Facts panel and the sales page describe only a powder. If you see gummies sold under the Finessa name, check the seller and call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 before buying.
Can I take Finessa powder with hot coffee or tea?
The label images show no instruction on drink temperature. Heat can harm live bacteria in general, so a cool or room-temperature drink is the careful choice. Ask the order desk to confirm what the brand allows.
How big is one Finessa scoop?
The scoop volume is not printed in the label images. By our arithmetic, 96 g over 50 servings is about 1.92 g a scoop. Use the scoop that comes in your tub, level it, and do not swap in another spoon.
Does Finessa dissolve fully in water?
Not always. It lists fiber, resistant dextrin and plant powders, which can leave some sediment or clump. Stir or shake well and drink it soon after mixing. We have no solubility test from the brand.
Is the powder better absorbed than a pill?
The tub front says "Maximum Absorption", but we found no study comparing forms or measuring absorption of Finessa. A powder is not shown to work better than a capsule, and the brand cites no test.
Can I swallow the powder dry?
We do not advise it. The sales page says to mix a scoop with water or another drink. Fiber needs liquid, and a dry scoop is hard to swallow. Mix it, as the sales page directs.
