Gofinessa is run by U.S. stocking partner for Finessa. We call it "we" and "us" below. The terms take effect on October 19, 2026.
The terms apply to this website only. They do not cover the Finessa sales site, which is run by someone else and has its own terms. You buy there, not here.

Who runs gofinessa.com, and is it the maker of Finessa?
No. Gofinessa is a U.S. stocking partner for Finessa. We are not the manufacturer or the distributor of the product.
The label images we were given name no maker or distributor, so we cannot say who makes it. We write about the product from the Supplement Facts panel, the tub front and the public sales page (Finessa sales page).
Because we are not the seller of record, we cannot change a price, move a ship date, edit an order or issue a refund. Those actions belong to the order desk named below.

The sales site is. When you click an order button, you leave gofinessa.com and enter a contract with the seller, not with us.
Prices, shipping, bonus items and the 180-day guarantee shown on this site come from the sales page, read October 18, 2026. They can change. We try to update them, but the sales site controls what is true at checkout. If the two differ, the checkout screen wins.
To use the guarantee, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and follow the steps on the refund policy page. We cannot promise a refund, since we do not hold your payment.
