The sales page we read says 180 days. Some earlier seller notes we were given said 60 days, so the two do not match.
This site shows 180 days, because it is the longer figure and the one printed on the sales page. The seller should confirm it in writing, and you can ask for that when you order.
Until that happens, treat 180 days as the promise and 60 days as the safe plan. If you are unsure, decide within 60 days and keep the proof of your order date.

Who pays for return shipping on a Finessa refund?
You do. The buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service.
A tracked service lets you prove the tubs arrived. Ask the carrier for a receipt, and photograph the box before you seal it.
