Does Finessa have side effects?
It can. The sales page says "no known side effects", but no trial has tested Finessa, so nobody has counted them.
That line cannot be checked. What we can check is the label. One scoop lists a stimulant-laxative herb, a prebiotic fiber, live bacteria and several herbs with known cautions.

Can Finessa cause diarrhea, cramps or gas?
Yes, and cascara sagrada is the main reason. It is a strong laxative, and long use can lower potassium and sodium and may harm the liver (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)).
Cascara sits third in the 755 mg Gut Health blend, so it weighs at most about 251 mg a scoop. The amount could be far lower. Cramps and loose stools can follow, and the body can come to rely on stimulant laxatives (NIDDK, Constipation treatment) (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)). In 2002 the FDA ruled that cascara is not generally recognized as safe and effective as an over-the-counter laxative ingredient (FDA 2002 final rule, cascara sagrada and aloe (Federal Register)).
Fructooligosaccharides add gas and bloating for some people. Fiber should be added gradually (Le Bourgot 2022, scFOS tolerance (Nutrients)). Milk thistle also brings bloating, nausea and gas (NCCIH, Milk thistle).

Is Finessa safe with blood thinners, diabetes medicine or blood pressure pills?
Not without asking first. Ginger can add to the effect of blood thinners, and cassia cinnamon may in theory raise clotting time (MSK, Ginger (blood thinners, diabetes drugs, gallstones)) (NCCIH, Cinnamon (cassia and coumarin)).
The ginger source reports a nosebleed in a woman on long-term blood thinners, and advises stopping ginger supplements two weeks before surgery (MSK, Ginger (blood thinners, diabetes drugs, gallstones)). Ginger and milk thistle may add to the effect of diabetes medicines, so blood sugar can fall further than planned (MSK, Ginger (blood thinners, diabetes drugs, gallstones)) (NCCIH, Milk thistle).
Licorice needs care with blood pressure. Licorice with glycyrrhizin can raise blood pressure and lower potassium, and it interacts with corticosteroids (NCCIH, Licorice root). When should you stop Finessa and call a doctor?
Stop and call for severe pain, blood in the stool, black stools, yellow skin or eyes, or a rash with swelling. Call emergency services for chest pain or trouble breathing.
The FDA lists allergic signs, fainting, irregular heartbeat, severe diarrhea or belly pain and jaundice as reasons to report a reaction (FDA, How to Report a Problem with Dietary Supplements).
