The format01
What form is Finessa powder?
Finessa is a loose powder in a white tub with a navy label. There is no capsule, pill, drop or gummy.
The panel lists a serving of 1 scoop and 50 servings per container. The tub front reads "Net Wt. 3.38 oz (96g)". Spread over 50 scoops, that is about 1.92 g a scoop by our arithmetic.
The label images do not show a scoop size, so we cannot say how large the scoop in the tub is. Check the scoop that arrives against the panel.
Mixing02
How do you mix Finessa powder?
The sales page says to mix 1 scoop with water or another drink once daily in the morning (Finessa sales page). That is the only direction we have.
No warning text, storage advice or maker is visible in the images we were given. If the tub you receive prints them, follow the tub.
A practical order: check your medicines first, then add the scoop to a full glass and stir well. If you are new to fiber or prebiotics, ask a pharmacist about starting slowly.

Check your medicines
Finessa holds a laxative herb, licorice, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and live bacteria. If you take prescriptions or have a medical condition, ask first.
- 02
Mix one scoop
The sales page says to mix 1 scoop with water or another drink once a day, in the morning. The supplied label images show no directions, so check the tub you receive.
- 03
Keep it steady
Take it at the same time each day and watch how your stomach reacts over the first week. Stop and call your doctor if you have pain, bleeding or yellow skin.
- 04
Decide well inside 180 days
The sales page promises a refund for 180 days, even when the tub is empty. Mark the date and decide with room to spare.
Other ingredients03
What is in the powder besides the blends?
The panel lists resistant dextrin, natural flavors, citric acid, sea salt, stevia extract (leaf) and silicon dioxide as other ingredients.
Resistant dextrin is a fiber-type carbohydrate. Stevia sweetens without sugar, and citric acid adds tartness. Silicon dioxide keeps powder from clumping.
The label names no flavor, so we will not describe a taste. Calories are 10 a scoop, with 3 g of carbohydrate, 40 mg of sodium and 10 mg of potassium.
The weights do not all fit in one scoop. The blends add to 2,259.5 mg, which is more than the 1.92 g average. Ask for the lot's certificate of analysis (FDA, Dietary Supplement Labeling Guide, Ch. IV Nutrition Labeling).
Servings are printed as 50, while the sales page counts a bottle as 30 days. Confirm which one you are buying.

FAQ05
Questions about the powder
Does Finessa powder dissolve in water?
The sales page says to mix 1 scoop with water or another drink. We have not tested how well it dissolves, and the label does not say. Stir well and judge it with the first tub.
How many scoops are in a Finessa tub?
The Supplement Facts panel lists 50 servings of 1 scoop in a 96 g tub. The sales page counts a bottle as 30 days, so the two numbers disagree. Confirm at checkout.
Is Finessa powder sweetened?
The other ingredients include stevia extract (leaf) and resistant dextrin, and the label shows 3 g of carbohydrate a scoop. It names no sugar. The label gives no flavor, so taste is unknown.
Can you add Finessa powder to a smoothie?
The sales page says water or another drink, so a smoothie fits that wording. No heat or storage advice is printed in the images we have. Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.
