The product01
What is Finessa and what form does it come in?
Finessa is a powder dietary supplement. The tub is white with a navy label and reads "Digestive Health Support" on a grey band.
It comes only as a powder, with no capsule, pill or gummy. The tub front says 3.38 oz (96 g), and the panel lists 50 servings of one scoop each. The sales page says to mix one scoop with water or another drink once daily in the morning.
It is a supplement. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements).
Inside the scoop02
What is in a Finessa scoop?
Four blends, plus a 2 mg Akkermansia line, per the Supplement Facts panel we were given.
| Blend | Printed weight | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Polyphenol Blend | 1,000 mg | Beet root, pomegranate, blueberry |
| Gut Health | 755 mg | Cinnamon, ginger, cascara sagrada |
| Liver Health Blend | 450 mg | Dandelion, turmeric, milk thistle |
| Probiotic Blend | 52.5 mg | Lactobacillus and Bacillus strains |
Single amounts inside each blend are hidden, which the rule allows (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)). Cascara sagrada is a stimulant-laxative herb, which the sales graphic leaves out. Read the ingredients guide for each line.
The honest part03
Does the Finessa label add up?
Not quite. The printed blend weights add to 2,259.5 mg a scoop, yet 96 g over 50 servings is about 1.92 g a scoop.
The tub front says 3 Billion CFU while the panel says 5 Billion CFU at the time of manufacture. The panel counts 50 servings, and the sales page counts a bottle as 30 days. We do not know which numbers are off. Ask for the lot's certificate of analysis, and trust the tub you receive.

- Cascara is a strong laxative that can lower potassium and sodium with long use (MSK, Cascara (About Herbs)).
- Keep taking prescribed medicine and check with your pharmacist first (FDA, Mixing medications and supplements).
